We advise developers of wind, solar, small hydro power, high-efficiency cogeneration projects who are seeking equity and debt, sellers during the divestiture process, and investors during the acquisition process focused exclusively on Romania.

EFK has been serving clients for more than 9 years and has worked with some of the most reputable investors, developers and lenders in the world. We also originate, negotiate and secure long term PPA for renewable energy projects.
